Probably, the sequence of loading extractors to cube was shuffled. You may have to load for stock received again, so that they will get adjusted correctly.

Raman, delta pointer will come into picture after v3 job completion only. So job has to run hassle free first. SMQ1-->Through V3 job -->RSA7-->Delta run infopackage in BW.

Delta comes After V3 job but if delta pointer was exist then only V3 job will run.in his case there is no delta pointer specific to disaster recover server.

Ok As Raman said, Have you re-initialized your datasource in BW? If not try that.. Check line 74 in your dump further.

I'm not sure. If you were only dealing with DSO, you could check the number of entries in the active (A) table. You could try looking at the size of the fact tables (E tables) for your Infocubes.
