When you done reinit, after the reinit you need to run your delta extractor after 24hrs.Hope you done the same.
Even though no delta records are pulling then replicate your data source and activate it at bw side thru program. later do re init and check it.
Delta method calday - need to run only once in a day.that to at end of the business hours
Can we some more details about why system went down and what corrections they made at ecc side?
