Dear Satish,
As you are aware the logic behind the BW WIP calculation, some points that needs to be taken care is
1) WIP Quantity calculation will happen only when the actual starts to flow and that too on partial GR's.
For eg you have an order quantity of 10 and GR happens for 5 then the WIP quantity will be calculated
2) WIP Value also depends on the same. There is no impact of Production order status on the WIP calculation. Another way of looking at it is only when the BUDAT gets updated in the datasource WIP values will get calculated.
3) Now if you see the WIP calculation in FI ie KKAQ it fuly depends on what config you for that. In some simple cases it the value of the work in process is the difference between the debit and the
credit of actuals posted in the order.
