Hello Sai,
It is due to the settings in IP. It usally happens when you do not maintain thousand seperator and char for decimal point at infopackage.
In your case, when you execute manualy, the user paramenters read from your user profile.
And when same is executed using process chain the background user paramenters are considered.
On German operating system, comma is used for decimal point and dot is used as a thousand seperator.
You can avoid above issue making below settings :
Goto IP -> external tab -> maintain seperator for thousand and charecter used for decimail point according to your flate file.
