New DSO in existing data flow and second DELTA reinit?

I am going to put new DSO into exiting data flow but......

In the exiting data flow there is extraction of CCA from ECC to the Cube (!DELTA! upload).

I need to transport the DSO to production but leave current data flow (ECC->Cube) running. I need to fed the DSO with data (all data). When it is fed up I will remove the Cube.

The question:

if I move the DSO to production I will need to do DELTA init. If I do DELTA init I will mess up with DELTA upload to the Cube.

How to do two/second DELTA init from the same DataSource without messing up the first/original DELTA?
