Have you deleted before refilling setup tables ? are you doing fresh design or is this already existing data flow? your giving post date as recent one or old one.
Seems like you may have delta records some where, pls check SMQ1/SM13/LBWQ/RSA7. clear all the records by doing V3 job schedule and triggering of delta info pack. ever where you need to have zero records.
Pls recheck all the t codes whether data was exist or not. if not then delete setup tables and fill again.
Filling set up tables thru posting data was possible.
