BW NameSpace issue /MOC DataSource

HI ,

I am working on EHSM data extraction, we have SAP Standard data source /MOC/ACTIVITIES.

I am not able to activate in BW because is namespace issue.

I found the SAP note: 401778, Do I need to get separate licence for this?, plz see the attached Doc for more details.

plz suggest me how I can load this data from ECC to BW with above  /MOC/ACTIVITIES extractor.
