Seems like your data source might be changed at source and not replicated. in such cases you may get RJO2 message.
So try to activate data source at source side and later replicate into bw side.
activate data source at bw side.
Lets try to run this program - RSSM_OLTP_INIT_DELTA_UPDATE.
Later test the delta load? if its failed again please share the error log info.
To load the full load - Need to delete and refill the set up tables for LO Data sources.
