Okay, sorry I think I jumped right in without knowledge of version. So I think you will have to reinstall the business content and before that you will have to activate the business function in SFW5.
You do this in transaction SFW5, open the folder Enterprise Business Functions.
For the Business Function DUN_BRADSTREET_CONTENT turn the Flag Planned Status (Business Function will be activated)on.
Activate your setting by clicking on the button Activate Changes.
Also refer SAP Note: 425632 - BW Content for Dun & Bradstreetwhich talks about activating the busness function before installation of business content for D&B. This SAP note is for BW 7.4.
