Take Employee id cross check at source table with help of HR team.
Later check at RSA3 source side, BW PSA level and target level.
As my guess particular employee changes might be recorded as 8 records.
you can cross those 8 records Fromdate and todate values. it might be different.
Some of his roles/salary/some thing might be changed.
