V3 job is just pulls/update data from SM13 to RSA7. That doesn't impact on bw.
Last 2 days mean guessing this issue raised on 13 feb 2015.
if yes then ask your basis system what new things happen at source side.
Is any huge loads or transactions happens?
There is something was happening on particular day. That needs to find by basis team.
