Hello Experts,

We are having issue in SAP ECC System for all modules, When a transaction is entered, exited, and the re-entered a warning appears at the bottom of the page “The operation is already blocked by user(by own user id)”.

From initial analysis basis team suggested, there are lock entries in SM12 due to V3 Job for 03 application.

We were running V3 job for 03 application for every 1hour and whenever job finishes it will release the lock entries from SM12 for last hour.

so time being we have reduce the frequency of job run from 1 hour to 10 mins.

Please suggest what is the issue here?

How V3 job for 03 application area affects other modules posting and lock that documents?

We are having Unserialized V3 Update for 03 application.
