Two internal tables are neither compatible nor convertible

Hi all,

In RSA3, when executing a generic datasource built on top of an infoset ,an ABAP runtime error appears saying "Two internal tables are neither compatible nor convertible".

The corresponding infopackage in BW side raises an error as well.

I googled to find similar problems and also tried reactivating the data source but nothing helped.

Any ideas?
