Select Your SAP Source System(Right Click on it)-->Transfer Global Settings-->Select Rebuild Tables Option-->Click on Execute
Also Update the Other Source Systems(Right Click on it)-->Transfer Global Settings-->Check Unit Of Measurements-->Select Update Tables Option-->Click on Execute
After Doing this Check whether the SID has generated by going to SE11 or SE16 -->Input the table name and check SID is generated or not?
