I would suggest to use 0FI_GL_12 instead of 0FI_GL_10 (check SAP note 1153944).
The advantage is that data source 0FI_GL_12 is delta queue based extraction which means it can be used for Real-Time Data Acquisition (SAP Note 1692484) and is much faster (delta extraction at least).
If you are on BW on HANA you can check the new HANA optimized BW Content data flows that are shipped for FI-GL using data source 0FI_GL_12.
