I think this not related to PSA tables or something as the IDOCs are still in Source system Probably there are issues with source system connection(you had checked it and its fine) or the partner profiles(Sit with basis guy or go to we20 expand partner type LS folder->choose the bw logical system
-> then from menu check the profiles.
