Hi,
at your info pack(delta) if there is no selections on comp code and controlling area then reinit is not required. Once new entries are maintained for new comp code and controlling area, those will be captured thru latest delta load.
if delta info pack have selections on comp code/controlling area then you need to do reinit(with new info pack, mean don't touch the existing delta) for new comp code/controlling area.
