Are you doing directly at Production system?
The data source 2LIS_11_VAITM, its already in prod and daily running delta loads??
All changes need to done at dev system and move thru transport.
if single load also not happen thr this data source, then check the below points.
1. At RSA6, added field was visible
2. Check the data for added field at RSA3
3. if above 2 sptes are fine, then replicate data source to bw side and activate it.
4. add info objects to target, do the mapping at transformations. activate the all changes.
5. if target don't have data, then its fine.
6. delete setup tables and refill for the same data source.
7. trigger full info pack at bw side and do the init without data transfer(move psa data to further thru dtp)
8. delta pointer will be enabled at RSA7 for this data source.
9. at LBWE schedule V3 jobs as business needs.
10. after certain time period, trigger the delta info pack and load further thru delta dtp.
